V’s
in the Village serves only the best cuts of meat and freshest seafood from
Easterm North Carolina. We're a local restaurant owned and operated by North
Carolina people with a taste for fine foods and good company.
Nick Sarrocco, the owner of V's (shown below), is an experienced restauranteur
from the Triangle area of North Carolina with a disposition for epicurean
quality. He has been the owner and managing partner of Casa Niccola's, Vinnies
Steakhouse at MacGregor Park, Tony's Bourbon Steet Oyster Bar, and now V's
in the Village. A passion for fine foods, insistence on bountiful portions,
and casual gregarious manner motivate his culinary spirit.
Nick's family is originally from the New York, New Jersey shoreline where
local community restaurants are the spice of life. He brings that spice to
Greenville for all to share.
